Customer Services Manager

We are looking for passionate people with a `can-do` attitude who are driven by the desire to make a difference and who are able to recognise the wishes and needs of the customer and a commitment to equality and diversity alongside maintaining an understanding of the local housing market.

As a Customer Services Manager, you will manage a customer service team including Housing Advisors and Housing Inspectors. The environment is very fast-paced so you will need to be a confident people manager; be able and deliver continuous improvement. You need to be able to motivate and support the team to take ownership and responsibility for customer queries received relating to all aspects of housing. You will proactively deal with staff management issues and ensure that risks are appropriately managed. You will have a positive approach and a can-do attitude leading the team to do the right thing for the customer whilst adhering to regulations.

Valid Category B driver’s license is required

37.5 hours per week - Starting salary £30,013.50pa incremental subject to conditions to £46,371.00pa
