We are currently seeking a Housing and Support Manager to join us.  In this role, you will manage Retirement Living tenancies in and around bedford whilst providing leadership to the team to deliver efficiently managed retirement housing.

What you will be doing: 

• Leading a team to ensure that excellent customer service levels are delivered to our retirement living residents.  

• Working closely and intensively with residents who need additional support in order to maintain their tenancies.

• Developing and regularly reviewing support plans for all residents.

• Proactively managing allocations, rent accounts, void loss, anti social behaviour and the general health and safety of the schemes. 

We’d love to meet someone with:  

• Strong customer care skills ideally gained in a social housing or tenancy management role. 

• An understanding of the needs of older people.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• The ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload.

• People management skills although training can be provided in this area.
