Job Details

We’re looking for someone with a solid knowledge of freehold and leasehold property sales progression to join us as a Sales Progression Coordinator and manage the sales journey across a number of sites, ensuring contracts are issued, enquiries are responded to and contracts are exchanged.

The UK has a housing problem. This affects every one of us, because housing is the foundation of the society we live in. Catalyst is part of the solution. You could be too. One of the UK’s leading housing associations, Catalyst is here to make a purposeful difference by providing housing solutions for those who can’t afford a home without our help. We offer a wide range of homes, for rent, part ownership or purchase. By doing so, we build more than homes – we build communities. Put simply, we’re committed to our social purpose - in every part of our organisation. And, we always seek to do better. If you do too, read on.

You will manage the Sales Progression journey across multiple sites, ensuring contracts are issued, enquiries are responded to and contracts are exchanged within target timescales. You’ll also ensure all pre and post-sale administration is completed and passed to relevant teams within Catalyst. You will ensure that all schemes are run and completed in line with procedures and targets whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy, giving consideration to both internal and external customers and adhering to tight deadlines. You will seek to understand fully your customers’ needs, identifying and working to remove pain points, and always doing what you say you will.

With sales progression knowledge and/or qualification gained within a housebuilder, estate agent or housing association, you have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a busy workload of plot sales across multiple sites with minimal supervision. You’ll be an intuitive problem solver with the ability to seek out answers and move forward when cases become difficult or problematic. You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues
