Looking for a new challenge in a fast paced role?
We have an exciting opportunity for two HR Administrators to join the team in Norwich on a fixed term contract or secondment basis for 9 months.
About the role
The HR Admin team cover a wide range of services from recruitment to resignations, processing maternity, paternity, adoption and annual leave as well as dealing with general queries and using your initiative. You are always aware of the importance of accuracy and data integrity and must be able to adhere to procedures and policies.
Some of the other key duties include:
- Ensure that the HR service complies with safer recruitment practices and compliance including DBS checks and right to work in the UK requirements.
- Administer the on boarding process for new employees and volunteers, ensuring such documentation as offer letters and contracts are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run and submitted to the Payroll Officer.
- Ensure the HR 'Workday' database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details.
About you
You will already have experience in an HR environment along with excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
You will have an eye for detail with a methodical approach and excellent IT skills enabling you to maintain an accurate HR database, provide reports and prepare payroll instructions.
