Part Time Sales Advisor (Retirement Living)

Are you an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Advisor with experience in residential property sales? We have a great opportunity to join one of the largest Property Group’s in the UK working for their successful retirement living brand.

Our client is the retirement living division of one of the UK’s largest residential development, regeneration and property management businesses. They design, build, manage and maintain homes nationwide. The retirement living arm provides retirement communities in several regions nationwide and due to exciting growth plans over the next 5 years they are now looking to expand their sales team in their Stow-on-the-Wold office.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion day
• Manage telephone enquiries, walk-ins and website enquiries
• Arrange viewings
• Manage reservation process
• Follow up on sales leads and record in the CRM system
• Actively promote the retirement living brand
• Assist the sales team with marketing events
• Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, removal companies and other relevant parties
• General administration duties

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in property sales (retirement living sector experience would be advantageous)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong administrations skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

What you get back

• £16,172 per annum + commission (4 days per week)
• 24 days + 3 concessionary days + bank holidays
• 6% contributory pension scheme
• Working hours: 25.5 hours per week. Monday and Tuesday 10am – 5pm, Wednesday 10am – 4pm and Sunday 10.30am – 4pm
