Service Charge Manager Fixed Term Contract- 9 months £43,000 Ealing 35 hours per week A2Dominion Group The role Do you have a strong understanding of accounting systems and experience in project management, developing and implementing project plans? Are you a strategic thinker? Can you use innovative methods to improve service delivery? If so, we would like to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for a strong individual that is looking for their next career step as a Service Charge Manager. Someone that has demonstratable track record of continually improving service to achieve value for money. You will be an innovative thinker that can align services to meet the needs of customers and can adapt to change whilst supporting others through the change process. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of not only accounting systems but also project management, with experience in delivering project plans to improve services. who can take responsibility of managing and delivering the service charge year end accounts, managing the reconciliation of bank accounts for sinking funds collected.
