We are looking for:
The Pipeline and Engagement Manager will work closely with the Market Engagement Team to lead oversee and coordinate the agency's business development toolkit in their region; owning the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool regionally, the "Single Pipeline" platform, the Regional Place Forum and support the agency's Engagement Strategy including network of Key Account Manager.
They will ensure these tools are used to maximum effect, supporting the SMT to identify and develop new opportunities for the agency to intervene in line with local market strategies.
Our successful candidate will:
Oversee the effective operation of the single pipeline platform in the region, ensuring all opportunities are accurately captured and recorded; analysing data to identify opportunities to align intervention and draw on further agency products or skills or increase the impact of Homes England's intervention.
Lead the secretariat function for the Regional Single Pipeline Forum - commissioning and preparing the Forum's agenda and briefing/analysis papers, that will inform agency decision making.
Work as part of multi-functional teams, to oversee data collection in the Agency CRM platform, analysing inputs to generate insights from engagement activities to inform decision making and identify new opportunities.
The skills we would like are:
Experience in housing policy or development, property development, town planning, or economic development sectors is essential.
Ability to form strong internal and external networks, fostering deep relationships with key stakeholders whilst providing constructive and effective challenge.
Excellent judgement to assess and prioritise opportunities in complex commercial and political environments.
Able to work collaboratively, engaging and influencing colleagues internally and externally at all levels across the agency and set standards and expectations about how people will work together.
Able to lead cross-cutting projects, co-ordinating activities of diverse teams of colleagues - adapting management style as appropriate and valuing everybody as an individual.
