The role

Are you ambitious, curious and looking for a diverse role which allows you the opportunity to step onto the management ladder and progress within our business?

As our Leasehold Team Manager, you will inspire, manage, develop and empower our Leasehold Property Management Team in delivering estate and block management services for the Group's freehold, leasehold and commercial portfolio ensuring we act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and customers.

You will be looking to ensure there is effective commissioning of new blocks/estates and at the same time ensuring service delivery and the management of complaints is dealt with to a high standard. You will also be monitoring all estate services and estate inspections.

To be considered for this role you will have experience of delivering residential property management in private or public housing sector and the ability to plan and monitor budgets and contribute to the Department's financial planning processes. You will be IT literate and have the knowledge of current housing legislation, best practice (RICS) and up to date case law.
