£43,040 to £50,630 (Borehamwood based)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Specialist Manager to join our team based at our Norwich, March, Bishop's Stortford or Borehamwood office on a permanent basis.

To effectively manage and drive high quality performance of a regional team of Tenancy Specialists to deliver an effective and professional response to issues of anti-social behaviour, social housing fraud and safeguarding, ensuring that our neighbourhoods are places that residents want to live.

Some of the key accountabilities include: -

  • Ensure the Tenancy Specialists are provided with strong, effective and positive management that establishes a culture which drives performance and delivers high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work with the Neighbourhood teams to map ASB hotspots and identify positive medium term and longer term solutions to ASB, that inform the local Neighbourhood Plans and local offers.
  • Provide guidance and support to Tenancy Specialists to build a high level of individual and team knowledge and expertise in areas of ASB and tenancy fraud
  • Ensure that Tenancy Specialist staff have a thorough understanding of and comply with Clarion policies, procedures and business processes

With your experience of team management you'll be an expert at motivating others and building relationships across the business. You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven ability in influencing and negotiating. You'll have a strong track record of delivering results along with extensive experience of housing management practice and housing legislation.

Regular travel across the region will be required.
