Neighbourhood Officer

Fixed Term Contract- until 31st March 2020 (with potential extension)

The Role

We are looking for a energetic individual that can join our team as a Neighbourhood Services Officer to carry out and monitor regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure that accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues. You don't need previous experience but we are looking for an individual that is highly organised and has high attention to detail to carry out your day to day duties.

You will be part of an exciting and talented team maintaining a high profile on our estates therefore you will need to have commitment, energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to ensure individual tenants receive excellent housing and tenancy management services.

Candidates must have the ability to develop effective relationships with empathy and with a flexible approach to work. You will be organising a busy workload, maintaining high standards and reacting quickly to problems with workable solutions is essential. There will be a need to drive as part of this role to manage a patch of properties so you will ideally have a driving licence and have access to a car in order to carry out the duties of your job.
