Hours: Rolling rota - 45 hours across 2 weeks, or 22.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cook to join our team.

If you have a good knowledge of home cooking and are a self-motivating person with a passion for going the extra mile - why not apply? We are looking for someone with the confidence and ability to work on their initiative as a Cook.

You will be working a five hour shift, between 09:00 and 14:00 over a fourteen day rolling rota this is inclusive of alternate weekends and bank holidays. Applicants with experience in the support of older people and good all-round knowledge of home cooking are particularly welcomed.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Good all-round knowledge of home cooking
  • Catering experience for 20+ people
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to read and write and do basic arithmetic accurately and basic I.T. skills
  • Ability to travel between schemes as required
