Lettings and Neighbourhood Manager

As part of our business growth, and commitment to first class customer services, we are looking for a Lettings and Neighbourhoods Manager (LNM) to deliver our front-line housing services.
CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire. As an Association we focus on the needs of the local communities we serve, tackling the housing crisis, improving services within our communities, and use our strength and efficiency to meet housing service needs.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about delivering high quality services to customers.
As LNM you will have a successful track record of leading and managing front line housing services including anti-social behaviour and safeguarding in line with legislation and regulatory requirements.
The LNM will be responsible for managing the delivery of an excellent service across Castles & Coasts’ (CCHA) area of operations covering all aspects of lettings and tenancy management, including issues of safeguarding and anti-social behaviour. You will ensure that we have the most effective housing management processes in place to enable excellent performance that delivers results for our customers, the Association and our stakeholders. You will be dynamic and driven, with a determination to achieve excellent performance. You will have experience of managing and delivering high performing housing management services which provide best value to residents.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of change management processes and will have a track record of delivering continuous improvement.
