We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Change team here at Yorkshire Housing. The main purpose of this role is to take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of small to medium scale projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines).

What the role involves:
As a Project Manager, you must be able to take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of small to medium scale projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines). Other responsibilities include:
- Plan and manage the delivery of a wide variety of business, financial and technical projects.
- Ensuring sound project management processes and controls are in place in order to deliver the project(s) to time, budget and benefit realisation through agreed outcomes.
- Through matrix management of internal and external colleagues, provide clear direction, effective leadership and support to the project team; develop a leadership style and culture which encourages and motivates the team to deliver the project.
In order to be successful in this role, you will possess excellent Project Management skills and have a relevant professional qualification (e.g. MSP, PMP, PRINCE 2 practitioner),
