Team Manager (Temporary) - Housing Solutions

This is an exciting opportunity within a dynamic and vital service areas.
You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills providing leadership to and managing the Housing Solutions Team. You will also be able to develop partnership working to influence and shape service to meet local housing needs.
We are seeking to recruit a confident and experienced manager to contribute towards the delivery of a high quality housing service. You will have a record of innovation and be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure, make swift decisions, and be a good problem solver with an ability to collate, assess and present complex information clearly.
You will provide advice, guidance and instruction to ensure that homelessness is prevented wherever possible and that customers receive a bespoke response to their housing problems. You will have experience of managing complex and detailed casework and have an in-depth knowledge of all relevant legislation.
This post provides an ideal opportunity for a secondment. However, any applicant should seek the agreement and approval of the relevant line manager prior to applying to ensure that he/she may be released from his/her substantive post and that it will be safeguarded for the duration of the secondment.
