Salary: £18,506 per annum

Notting Hill Genesis Housing are actively recruiting a passionate individual to provide night support at our supported living service located in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.

This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis Housing as we are recruiting to several jobs in the Hertfordshire area. Located at Frere Court, the Housing Assistant Night Cover Worker will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our customers and security of our scheme at night. Frere Court is a purpose built supported housing scheme supporting our customers who are aged 55+.

The service aims to provide an excellent supported housing service to customers who have various needs and deliver night based support.

Notting Hill Genesis manages the accommodation and delivers person centred support to our customers, to maintain their independence, effectively manage and improve their personal safety and improve wellbeing.

Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

Hours will be 42 hours a week, over a rota basis. You will work 4 nights on and 4 nights off. The shifts will be 2200 - 0800. Please note that this role will require lone working throughout the night. Lone working is a keep part of this role.
