Strategic Policy and Development Manager

£38,813 - £40,760 per annum

37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity within housing to lead a multi disciplinary team,

We are seeking to recruit a confident and experienced manager to contribute towards the delivery of a high quality housing service. You will have a record of innovation and be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure, make swift decisions, and be a good problem solver with an ability to collate, assess and present complex information clearly.

With a sound knowledge of legislation, regulation and national policy and a focus on good practice you will ensure the delivery of an effective service, ensuring that the service is lean and delivered in a timely manner. 

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills providing leadership to the team and an ability to develop partnership working and work creatively to seek sustainable solutions to housing need

With an ability to think strategically you will seek to maximise the investment in new social and affordable housing in the County Borough.
