Notting Hill Genesis Housing are actively recruiting a Housing Assistant Night Cover worker to join our Supported Living Services located in Diss.

This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis Housing as we are recruiting to several jobs in the Norfolk area. Located at our Rush House scheme, the Housing Assistant Night Cover Worker will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our customers and security of our scheme at night. The scheme supports single homeless people who may have experienced drug, alcohol, substance misuse problems, and/or have varying support needs.

The primary focus of our schemes is to support clients in a range of areas, including finding employment, recovery from addiction, and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to more suitable long-term accommodation, appropriate to their needs.

Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

Hours will be 42 hours a week, over a rota basis. You will work 4 nights on and 4 nights off. The shifts will be 1800 - 0600. Please note that this role will require lone working throughout the night.
