Full Time – 37 hours per week – (Part time working will be considered)

It’s an exciting time to be joining the Residential Services team at Arun District Council.  We are starting a fresh chapter and need high energy, positive, resilient  leaders to form part of a new management team to drive service transformation ensuring we are fit for purpose for the future.

As Asset & Development Manager you will lead on new build, regeneration, acquisitions and investment programmes in relation to the Council’s Housing stock.  You will also have responsibility for health and safety compliance and the Council’s strategic and enabling function.
