Head of Policy, Research and External Affairs

This newly-created role will take the lead in developing and implementing our policy, research and external affairs activities, advising our Executive Team and Boards to ensure we set strategic aims to meet future challenges and can identify and monitor appropriate performance measures that drive service improvement.
