The development team is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Development Manager to join us.

This is a great time to join the delivery and regeneration team. As one of the oldest housing associations in the UK we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing homes for people in housing need. We have a varied and interesting development programme with c 1300 homes on site and a further 1500 homes in the pipeline.

Who we’re looking for
You will be responsible for a portfolio of development projects, managing the delivery of schemes from feasibility through to completion. You will appoint and manage the project team to gain planning permission, and manage schemes through construction and handover to the business. You will need great project management skills, to ensure that your projects are delivered within agreed parameters and in line with Group growth targets.

You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach with a strong customer focus and the passion to deliver great places to live. Quality is really important to us, and it is essential that you have a strong understanding of what makes a good quality home and the ability to deliver this through design and construction. You will be able to work closely with a range of stakeholders and excellent communication skills are essential.

Our projects are located across our entire estate portfolio, so you will be expected to travel and be able to work from either our London or Horsham office.
