We have an exciting opportunity within our thriving Sales team for an experienced Regional Sales Manager. With a strong background in customer service, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, you will be an experienced people manager who can lead their team to deliver successful results. You will also be responsible for managing the cost effective sales of new build properties across the Region.

 

The role of Regional Sales Manager will include:

  • Meeting business sales targets and budgets set within a sales driven programme covering private and public sales
  • Managing a team of Area Sales Managers to ensure new homes are sold effectively and efficiently
  • Utilising market research, business intelligence and performance monitoring to build and maintain detailed knowledge of the housing market
  • Overseeing the development and review of sales related documentation, including policies and procedures, in line with industry best practice
  • Evaluating outcomes to ensure that sales of new properties are kept on track
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and analyse trends to prevent reoccurrence and continuously improve customer services

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales within the private and public sector
  • Experience of managing sales managers and on site sales teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of the new build housing market and working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
  • Proven knowledge of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
  • Experience of achieving targets and budget set against strict deadlines
  • Proficient user in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or similar
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
