Are you looking for an opportunity to join one of the most dynamic teams in the UK's largest Housing Association?

Do you have a strong track record of success in managing large scale asset disposal projects?

We're looking for a superb Asset Disposal Manager to deliver disposal transactions on schedule for Clarion Housing Group while ensuring the disposal values are achieved.

You'll be required to manage multiple (staggered) transactions simultaneously and use your strong persuasive abilities to obtain the necessary information from various sources in order to build a disposal data room.

You'll be fully accountable for the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of transaction status reports provided to the relevant boards, executive team and other stakeholders, and we'll look to you to proactively propose solutions to ameliorate the risks you've identified.

You'll manage surveyors, lawyers and consultants to ensure compliance with terms of appointment and completion of project to time and budget and ensure best value for money.

You'll come to us with a strong track record of success in managing large scale asset disposal projects from Housing Associations or private sectors and be educated to degree level or equivalent.

We're seeking a manager with knowledge of good practice Project Management approaches and methodologies. You'll need highly developed influencing and communication skills and must be capable of planning and delivering tasks with minimal supervision.

If you have a sound understanding of the relevant legal, valuation and other contextual factors impacting on property disposals coupled with independence and a high level of attention to detail, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
