Are you looking for an opportunity to join one of the most dynamic teams in the UK's largest Housing Association?

We are looking for an experienced Asset Disposals Analyst (Individual Units) to join our team in London. In a nutshell, this is a busy, varied role where you will be responsible for supporting the successful disposals of void unit properties for Clarion Housing.

Some of the main duties include:

  • Sole responsibility for updating and improving excel databases.
  • Creation /update of operational or financial analysis summary schedules for data room or reporting purposes through Word, Excel or Power point with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with managing significant numbers of individual unit disposals via auction houses and estate agents.
  • Responsible for structuring and populating virtual data rooms for multiple disposal transactions (simultaneously).
  • To continue to develop and implement process and reporting improvements to generate productivity savings.

As a key member of our team, you'll already have experience as a project analyst supporting disposal transactions for a Housing Association or private sector business or equivalent. You'll come with experience of data room creation, the co-ordination of logistics of sourcing and storing large volumes of documents from diverse sources. You'll be a proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills to a range of internal and external audiences.
