Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Caretaking Team Manager to cover various in Central London and Central North London. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return you will receive a competitive salary of £33,220 per annum.

The Caretaking Team Manager role:

You will be responsible for and lead a team to consistently meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators for the delivery of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of our Caretaking Team Manager include:

- Ensure the provision of excellent customer service to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

- Manage, motivate and monitor a team in order to ensure Peabody business objectives are met in line with service standards.

- Develop and consolidate knowledge and confidence within the team to work within Peabody policies and procedures.

- Oversee employee development and performance management.

- Carry out and establish a robust structured system of monthly one to ones and yearly objective setting

- Ensure effective monitoring practices are in place to manage risk, budget and programme delivery, in order to achieve effective delivery.

- Report repairs and environmental issues to relevant department.

- Carry out regular estate inspections and programmed walkabouts with residents and their representatives completing appropriate monitoring documentation.

- Work closely and responsively with tenant/leasehold associations and representatives, attend evening meetings with the continuous aim to service enhancement and sharing of information.

- Lead and promote a positive health and safety culture, ensuring, as far as practicable, that activities are carried out under your control and in accordance with Peabody Health and Safety policies and procedures. You may be required to undertake specific Health and Safety roles such as Fire Warden or First Aider as part of your duties.

- Holds a full UK driving licence
