Contracts Solicitor

The role and person

Accent Group are recruiting for a Contracts Solicitor to join their legal team on a permanent basis.

As Contracts Solicitor you will be required to draft and negotiate commercial contracts including but not limited to TPC, JCT, NDAs, software agreements, consultancy agreements and service agreements.

This role will involve a high level of engagement with external agencies and partners, colleagues, customers, the Executive Team, Senior Management Team and Operational Managers as well as other corporate support services.

A confident & effective communicator you will be a role model of collaborative working, valuing and developing colleagues. You will have the proven ability to challenge, influence and do things differently with positive business benefits.
