Lettings Branch Manager

Our client is the UK's largest independent Estate Agents with a network of over 100 branches nationwide. They are now looking for a Branch Manager for their Slough office.

This busy letting branch are investors in giving all employers the best training possible and help to progress their career in property. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the branch and for all tenancies and properties, delivery of Branch KPIs and profits through the management and support of all activities within the branch.

Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, measure and review branch operations

- KPI and budget reports

- Branch strategy management

- Liaising with tenants and landlords

- Development of lettings team

- Manage day to day running of branch

Skills & Experience Required

- Successful track record in a Lettings Branch

- Understanding of current UK legislation

- Full and clean UK driving licence
