About the Role

This exciting role is responsible for leading and delivering the Enterprise Change Process for Clarion Group. Working in a complex and ambiguous environment this senior post will drive a structured change agenda working both strategically and tactically. The role holder will manage complicated stakeholder relationships at all levels of the business, providing challenge and exerting influence to achieve the organisational objectives and secure buy in whilst maintaining control and good governance.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to have exceptional stakeholder management and relationship management skills, along with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous experience of managing technology and business change requirements is a must. The role requires you to have an adaptable skill set, with the ability to work under pressure in ambiguous environments whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
