Regional Property Manager - Hertfordshire

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Regional Property Manager for one of the leading property management companies in the UK. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will play an integral part in delivering an excellent service across Hertfordshire and East Anglia by overseeing a team of 10 property managers based at their office in Hoddesdon.

Established for over 100 years, our client manages a portfolio of 80,000 properties across the UK. They are owned by one of the largest Property Group's in the UK, employing over 15,000 people. The ideal candidate will have previous people management experience from a background in residential block management.

Role & Responsibilities

- Achieving cost effective increases in customer service for your designated region
- Motivating and leading a Property Management team
- Manage all staffing issues to include performance and reviews
- Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- Deploy resources efficiently
- Attend regular internal and external meetings
- Undertake regular client reviews and manage retention
- Liaise with the accounts team and support the team with accounts issues or queries
- Ensure the team are compliant
- Actively promote the company's services through effective networking and by identifying new business leads
-Keep up to date with associated legislation and filter this through to the team

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years' experience as a Senior Property Manager / Regional Property Manager
- Chartered MIRPM
- Experienced in residential block management
- Experienced in leading and motivating a team
- Leasehold property management experience
- Working knowledge of leases and service charges
- UK Driving Licence
