Senior Heat Networks Manager - Operations
Location - Kings Cross, London
Hours - 35 a week
Contract - Permanent, full time
Salary - £50,072 per annum

Are you an operations manager with excellent communication skills, experience of leading a team and recommending and implementing management systems to deliver an effective service?

We have an exciting opportunity someone dynamic and forward-thinking to join our team as a Senior Heat Networks Operations Manager.

Working within a specialist service, you will be responsible for delivering a quality, customer focused heating and energy offer to NHG's residents by overseeing the management of our communal heating metering and billing operations, and income recovery.

With a rapidly expanding heat customer portfolio, growing from 8,000 to 20,000 in the next five years, this is an exciting time to join the Energy Provision Service. Working with the Head of Energy Provision, the successful candidate will expand and develop the service to continually improve the customer experience and crucially, ensure that the provision of energy is a self-contained business, covering its own costs.
This is a great opportunity for you to develop and expand the service, and we'll support you to grow into the role.

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience with setting financial budgets and managing financial accounts within the housing sector, particularly someone who understands contract management and is a strong decision maker, able to make strategic decisions to improve internal delivery especially from a cost saving perspective.
