Rent and System Accountant

Letchworth

Full time, permanent

Salary: £35,000

We are currently looking for a Rent and System Accountant to join our small but friendly Finance and Resources team in Letchworth.  The role will take the lead in administering our finance and procurement systems.

You will act as the product owner for our financial systems and will identify opportunities for process improvements and new processes.  You will actively engage on an ongoing basis with users of the system and external software providers to troubleshoot problems, maintain system integrity and accessibility.

About you: 

We are looking for a methodical and organised individual with a relevant qualification / experience in information systems and accounting.  You should have a robust knowledge of the Housing Regulators Rent Standard and the ability to communicate complex information to others effectively. Resourcefulness and the ability to make decisions will be key.
