Maintenance Surveyor

Octavian Centre, Chester, covering the North West contract Area

£29,905 per annum inclusive of policy allowance (rising to £31,479per annum inclusive of policy allowance after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

35 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What we look for in you:

• Demonstrable experience in building maintenance or refurbishment works, ideally within social housing or a similar role is essential and key to success
• A demonstrable knowledge of social housing maintenance legislation
• A relevant HND qualification (building surveying) would be advantageous
• You will be a team player with the ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines, analyse and diagnose problems, manage budgets and plan ahead
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

What we do:

The Maintenance Surveyor will join the Commercial Team and will contribute to the overall aim of growing the Group’s portfolio of stock, whilst also providing an exceptional customer experience and value for money services.

Role Salary is £27,819 with an additional policy allowance of £2,086 per annum (rising to £29,283 with an additional policy allowance of £2,196 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
