Compliance Operations Manager

Sanctuary House, Worcester

 

£48,091 per annum (rising to £50,622 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance) - company car/ car allowance

40 hours per week

 

What we do:

Sanctuary Maintenance provides in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary Group’s organisations.  As part of a not-for-profit organisation, we aim to achieve outstanding results for our customers based on our values.

 

Playing a pivotal role, the Operations Manager will manage the delivery of a high quality and cost effective Compliance servicing that responds to customer, organisational and financial needs.

 

The role of Operations Manager will include:

  • Responsibility of compliance performance of Sanctuary’s full building portfolio ensuring standards & requirements are met, with attention to detail
  • Managing the National Compliance team - adhering to Sanctuary’s people management processes and procedures
  • Contractor Management of both in-house and framework contractors within budget
  • Monitoring KPIs and taking action to ensure standards are maintained and improved for the full portfolio of buildings
  • Reporting compliance performance, risks, issues and opportunities to key senior stakeholders

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Contractor/facilities management qualification or experience within a similar role
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills and strong leadership values
  • Knowledge of H&S & Statutory Compliance and British Standards Policy compliance areas.
  • You will be a team player with the ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines, analyse and diagnose problems, manage budgets and plan ahead
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
