Ever thought about working in the housing sector? We need an adaptable Business Excellence Officer to join our inspirational and ambitious organisation. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for ensuring all safeguarding referrals are recorded, and outcomes are completed as well as ensuring compliance in a range of specialist functions

Some of the key duties include:

  • Support the safeguarding function by assisting with the management of Clarions safeguarding register
  • Support any required functions linked to policy and procedure and the Group site linked to safeguarding
  • Manage the safeguarding champions information cascade
  • Support KPI data for a range of functions under Specialist Services

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer focused office environment including the ability to work to tight deadlines. You must be a confident and an excellent communicator with experience of building a compliance framework.

If you have excellent IT skills specifically IMS packages including word/excel/Visio we want to hear from you!
