About the role
We're looking an amazing individual to lead on a consistent compliance framework for all supported agents. You'll be working to the project action plan, reporting to a project board, to ensure within 12 months all supported agency managed properties are working to the same agreement, safeguarding all parties in this critical partnership portfolio.
Some of the main duties include:
- Meet with managing agents and commissioners to discuss contracts and propose the model Clarion will work with going forward for those that are not currently being monitored by existing teams
- Put forward any properties to option appraisal, after agreement with project board. Consider risk factors to escalate as required.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to establish new arrangements and working practices.
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience of project and contract management as well as excellent report writing skills. You'll be working in housing or associated environment, with experience of compliance/inspections, and with knowledge and understanding of the social care and support sector.
You'll be a strong adaptable communicator who has a proven ability to work with and a range of stakeholders in the delivery of successful projects.
