We are seeking an individual looking to work in a resident-centred service.  You will play a major part in making residents’ lives better in preventing and relieving homelessness.

This role is available to provide business and systems capacity for our new service, developing and reporting on performance metrics, measures, benefits and KPI monitoring.  You will be required to reengineer business processes, facilitate workshops and be competent in validating and prioritising all business requirements.
