BCHA is a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider based on the South Coast. BCHA helps people off the streets, out of abuse, over skills barriers and on to independence and work, providing a range of accommodation, support, training and work opportunities. Although based in Bournemouth, we currently deliver services across the South from Plymouth to Portsmouth.

As we enter a new phase of growth and development, we are looking to appoint Directors to our strategic senior leadership team that will transform both the way we work and the services we deliver.  As a member of the senior leadership team you will play a key role in our business growth and transformation plans, putting people at the heart of all we do.

This is a role where you can make a significant impact and difference.

As Director of Homelessness, Health and Well Being, you will deliver outstanding person-centred services to our customers across a wide range of housing properties and geography, creating leading Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) and Co-Created, Co-Designed services, influencing, informing and representing the organisation nationally, with key partners.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders so that BCHA can respond to the changing environment and be a leader in our area of business in the 21st Century.

With responsibility for Homelessness and Health & Care Services, Employment and Skills,  and our social enterprise ‘The Factory’, you will have significant experience in  developing and delivering customer led and focused services that meet homelessness, housing, health, social care and community needs, demonstrating value for money and providing great places of change for people to live.

An outstanding track record of inspirational, influential and motivational leadership supported by strong  collaborative working and a positive “can do” approach is essential.

If you are excited by the prospect of making a difference in this role and working in a values driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
