BCHA is a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider based on the South Coast. BCHA helps people off the streets, out of abuse, over skills barriers and on to independence and work, providing a range of accommodation, support, training and work opportunities. Although based in Bournemouth, we currently deliver services across the South from Plymouth to Portsmouth. 

As we enter a new phase of growth and development, we are looking to appoint Directors to our strategic senior leadership team that will transform both the way we work and the services we deliver.  As a member of the senior leadership team you will play a key role in our business transformation plans, putting the customer at the heart of all we do.

As Director of Customer, Homes and Repairs you will deliver outstanding service to our customers across a range of general and supported housing properties, related facilities and geographies.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to embrace systems thinking and service re-design and engage and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders, so that BCHA can respond to the changing environment and be a leader in our area of business in the 21st Century.   

We are looking for someone who will relish having responsibility across key areas of the business including General Tenancy & Tenancy Sustainment services, Income recovery, Service charging, Property assets care & repairs, strategic planning of investment, remodelling, facilities management, all Landlord Health & Safety & Compliance standards and our DLO enterprise, New Leaf Repairs. 

An outstanding track record of inspirational, influential and motivational leadership supported by strong  collaborative working and a positive “can do” approach is essential.
