As a Property Coordinator with our dedicated Team you will be supported by a friendly team and by your Team Leader as you get to grips with the job. Team members have a wide range of experience and skills and always help each other in order to make sure the job gets done and that we provide a naturally positive customer experience for our occupants and landlords.

Mears Key Worker Contract provides privately rented accommodation to essential Workers of the British Government. We manage maintenance, repairs and access on all of these properties by liaising with occupants, lettings agents and landlords and by problem solving to deliver a great service.

Working as a Property Co-ordinator within the Move Outs Team you will potentially be the first point of contact for customers, landlords and agents relating to moving out of their properties and will be responsible for taking inbound and receiving  outbound  calls from customers as well as liaising by email to deliver results.

The job entails coordinating move outs and updating the system and other ad hoc duties.

Please note that this position is subject to successful DBS clearance.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has:

The ability to balance the demands of the contract and customer service.
Excellent time management skills, working to deadlines and project time frames.
The ability to multi task and keep on top of a busy workload.

The ability to liaise with a variety of 3rd party contacts, and to nurture business relationships.
