The Housing Service

This is an opportunity to join one of the leading local authority housing organisations in the Region. Leading with an ambitious £50 million development programme over the next 3 years; leading on innovation with new approaches to solving homelessness and new dynamic approaches to managing compliance; and leading on investment with £75 million identified to invest in our housing stock over the next 5 years. About the roles

In order to complete the challenge, we started with the first major review of our Business Plan in 2016 since the inception of self-financing, we have reviewed our management structure, and we now have several key roles available in our Property Maintenance team.  These roles are key to our ambitious vision and service transformation.

You will lead on designing our detailed procurement strategy enabling us to provide high standards of work, excellent cost control and works at a competitive price. You will have the opportunity to use different forms of contract, cost models and packaging of works to help us become a class-leading client.
