About the role

Homes for Haringey have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to lead our new Recruitment function for the organisation. This role will be offered as a permanent contract, working 36 hours per week.

As the Recruitment Manager you will be the 'go to person' for Homes for Haringey recruitment processes and quality needs. You will lead and oversee the recruitment process and be responsible for the Recruitment Officer, ensuring that the best possible candidate experience is delivered.

Located at our Head Office in Wood Green, North London, you will work closely with managers and department heads to develop, implement and improve the recruitment strategy and identify needs. Day-to-day you will source and recruit high quality candidates, using appropriate streams such as job boards, agencies and social media.

We are looking for a capable, personable and approachable individual who is able to forge relationships at various levels with stakeholders and external agencies. You will need to have a background within recruitment, successfully delivering recruitment campaigns and possessing a commercial approach to strengthening our workforce.

We are looking for someone who has previously lead a team and is capable of achieving high quality customer focused recruitment services. This unique and refreshing opportunity requires someone who is ultra diligent, driven and a self starter.

You will be managing a small recruitment team.
