THE ROLE
Greenacre Recruitment is currently seeking to recruit a Permanent Design Project Manager. The role sits with a Housing organization in the East Midlands. In this role you will provide Design and Project Management support to the Refurbishment and New Build teams.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* To help support with Design on new build and refurbishment projects.
* Management responsibility for a team of 5, including Architectural Technicians and Quantity Surveyors.
* Take a lead role in getting new projects off the ground in relation to refurb and new build work.
* Assist the Property and Development Manager as required.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in Design in new build or refurbishment.
* Experience in Auto CAD.
* Experience managing a team.
* Full and clean driving license.
