The successful post holder will support the planning, co-ordination and implementation of communications and marketing activity ensuring key messages are consistently applied, using the full range of communication channels and tools including liaison with the media and to work across the Housing Service ensuring appropriate communication is used to keep tenants, leaseholders and stakeholders informed of relevant issues and actions.
