The JV and Land Lead is a critical role in the delivery of our affordable housing programme, which will deliver at least 500 starts per year.

Highly numerate and strategically savvy, you will lead on whg’s joint venture portfolio, in addition to creating a sustainable pipeline of land-led opportunities. An understanding of complex legal structures will be important for this role, with the ability to see the opportunity to deliver, where others cannot.

This role will work very closely with the New Business and Programme Lead to maximise value from our land and joint venture programme and supporting the achievement of our ambitious corporate objectives.

You will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to identify new land opportunities for a range of development methods whilst also maintaining and enhancing our joint venture relationship with Lovell.
