Development Managers are the heartbeat of the Development team. Financial viability and risk-management experts are invited to apply for these exciting and high-profile roles.
In the main, you will be managing affordable housing projects, but also responsible for wider commercial activities, including open market sale, joint ventures or other forms of commercial or mixed-use development.
You will need the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team of consultants and internal colleagues, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and an understanding of the wider organisation and market.
