Sales and Marketing Lead
The Sales and Marketing Lead is a critical role in delivering our ambitions. You will lead a team seeking to sell all of our shared ownership portfolio, of up to 200 homes per year, off-plan, while building the Anthem Homes brand on our market sale developments.
As our sales and marketing expert, you will understand the shared ownership landscape in addition to the private sale marketplace. You will need to be unashamedly customer focussed, while also being commercially minded. This role requires an individual who is target driven and an exceptional motivator and leader.
Fiercely brand focussed, you will need to get into your stride quickly, while not being afraid to lead an ambitious programme of change, delivering a service that whg can be proud of and one that is marketable to other RPs and the private sector.
