We are looking for a Contract Manager who will work across the Property Services directorate leading on delivery of special Projects within Stock Investment and Asset Management team.  You will be responsible for the delivery of specific planned and fire compartmentation programmes and major improvement projects.  You will run the contracts from inception, procurement, through to completion working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high level cost effective investment service on behalf of Lewisham Homes. You will be responsible for Health and Safety and budget management as it relates to the projects you manage.
