Working Structure: Agile working schedule (Site visits & Remote working)
Hours: 36 hours a week, across 5 days per week including Saturday’s and one evening per week (11-7pm)

Salary: £32,799 plus ECU allowance & 10% bonus (pro rata)

Here at Optivo, We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This will be an exciting opportunity to be a part of the front end sales process and take purchasers through the day to day sales from initial enquiry to reservation. We are looking for somebody with a strong sales background working in a similar environment. In addition, you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll be personable, well presented, and composed at all times, and you’ll be an active team player, working well with the Sales Manager & Sales Progressor. What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead on sales as directed by the Sales Manager.
You’ll achieve agreed sales targets including progressing sales within agreed time limits.
You’ll communicate promptly and pro-actively with customers to achieve reservations.
You’ll provide regular reports on progress and sales to the Sales Manager.
You’ll share responsibilities for handover to purchasers on the day of completion with Sales Progressor.
You’ll attend site to attend site meetings to make choices, attend handovers and set standards.
You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams- development, leasehold, aftercare, finance and housing management teams.
What you’ll need
- Understanding of all home ownership products including shared ownership, help to buy, LLR
- Understand the needs and aspirations of the customer
- Understanding of the mortgage market and conveyancing requirements
- Understanding of barriers to exchange and how to overcome those
- Understanding of CFG and Local Authority Section 106 requirements
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
