Are you customer focused? Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of people in the community? Are you passionate and committed to making homes and lives better? Does this sound like you? If so, DGHP is looking for you to join our team.
DGHP, part of Wheatley Group, Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group, is currently looking for enthusiastic and caring Housing Officers to join the business. We want candidates who excel in customer service, who are always looking to strive for excellence and go above and beyond for customers.
At Wheatley Group, our “Think Yes” culture empowers staff to make decisions and provide personalised services for our customers, at the first point of contact. This approach drives exceptional customer service and levels of customer satisfaction across Group, resulting in national and international recognition.
You should be able demonstrate experience of working with, and supporting, customers and have experience of working in a challenging and busy environment. You must have great interpersonal and communication skills and be able to deliver ‘right first time” services. Housing experience is desirable but not essential. If you hold, or are working towards, a housing qualification - that would also be advantageous. However, if you don’t, we will support you with a bespoke a training plan.
A driving licence is essential and the post is subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
