We are looking for an experienced and motivated Surveyor to join our Housing Services team in Borehamwood on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing

You will manage the delivery of high quality responsive repairs, voids works, repairs services within the relevant area of operation. Ensuring works are delivered effectively, minimising the disruption to customers and is carried out safely and in accordance with all relevant legislation, including ensuring all relevant planning and building standards permissions are obtained.

You'll assist in the control and coordination of voids management and carry out void inspections, ensuring void works are completed to Clarion voids lettable standard against key performance indicators. Provide competent and thorough post-inspections/surveys on all matters including day to day maintenance, voids, and adaptations.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with experience of the construction industry as well as a good understanding of project management. You'll already have experience of responsive repairs service, preferably in a housing environment. Ability to prioritise a high workload with competing demands whilst being proactive and working on your own initiative.
