This position is a fantastic opportunity for a determined and inspirational manager to lead our Homeownership & Leasehold Management Team. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to champion good practice, create a customer centric culture whilst enhancing the service we provide as we move to a brighter future.

Key Duties

  • Ensure all capital receipts for Right to Buy and variation of lease applications are dealt with lawfully including issuing of Section 125 notices in a timely manner
  • Maximise income collection from service charges and major works
  • Ensure Section 20 consultations are undertaken in accordance with legislation
  • Ensure effective management of shared ownership properties
  • To lead and develop a team of professionals to provide an effective Homeownership & Leasehold Management service including lawful calculation, billing and collection of service charges for leaseholders and shared owners, administration of Right to Buy and processing of Section 20 consultations

Experience, Qualifications and any Mandatory Requirements

  • Possess a relevant degree level qualification and/or significant relevant experience in a senior leadership role in Leasehold management
  • A solid understanding of the relevant legal, political and operational aspects of a Homeownership and Leasehold Management service
  • A recognised management qualification or equivalent

Skills Required

  • You will have a demonstrable experience in Homeownership & Leasehold Management and a strong understanding of the legislative framework relating to this area of work and its practical application
  • Significant experience of leading outstanding customer focused services
  • You will be able to clearly demonstrate your skills along with your commitment to improving services and working innovatively
  • Excellent communicator who engages positively with wider stakeholders to deliver projects
